Philadelphia property developers, Post Brothers, wanted to transform a dusty, 35,000-square-foot Northern Liberties parking lot into a beautiful, mixed-use community destination with inventive spaces for open-air dining, shopping, entertainment, art installations, fitness activities, and family play areas.

Solution

Boxpop™ customized and delivered 16 unique shipping containers in a rainbow of colors fewer than eight months after concepting. Each cargo container was fully outfitted with generators, functional kitchens, bars, air conditioning, and other amenities specific to the needs of the top small business and restaurants involved in the project.
