HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY BANNER?
Standard production time is 5-7 days after artwork approval. However, there are a lot of variables that can affect the production turn-around time. Your Britten sales representative can give you a good estimation of turn-around time for new orders. And don’t worry, if you’re in a crunch and need your banner fast—we’ll do everything we can to help to hit your deadline!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BANNER?
Our Shipping Advisor counts the 5-7 business days needed to produce your banner and adds time to ship based on your chosen shipping option. We offer complete FedEx services from Ground to Next Day Air. We also offer a local pick-up option if you happen to be in the Traverse City area. Keep in mind that delivery days are in addition to the production time and FedEx calculates business days only; weekend days are excluded. For further inquiries, contact your Britten sales representative who can provide you tracking information.
HOW SHOULD I SET-UP MY FILE FOR PRINT?
We’ve put together a few suggestions for setting up art files for print. In order to get the highest quality digital print possible, use these art requirements. If you have any questions, a Britten artist will be more than happy to help!
WHAT'S VECTOR ART?
Vector art (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) allows you to increase or decrease the size of the graphic without compromising the integrity of the original image. Vector art is a layered editable file that can be changed in color and size so that the end result is crisp, clean, and readable no matter the scale.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Any shape, size, substrate, and run! We have everything you need in-house to produce your project!
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU OFFER?

HOW CAN I DISPLAY MY BANNER?
There are many ways to display your banner, from grommets and zip-ties to custom-made frames. Check out the hardware options or talk to your Britten sales representative who will advise the best possible display solution for your project.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
