To make potty training feel less like a chore and more like an adventure, Experiential Agency IF-7 partnered with Pull-Ups and Disney to launch their new Passport to Confidence brand activation. Centered around the debut of their new Potty with Pull-Ups app, the campaign began with a social media sweepstakes that encouraged families to engage with the brand for a chance to attend the branded event hosted at the Disneyland Hotel. The winners would have the opportunity to experience a full day of hands-on activities, Disney character meet-and-greets, and confidence building moments tailored to both toddlers and parents. To bring the event to life, Pull-Ups turned to Britten as their one-stop-shop event fabricator, relying on our full-scale capabilities to craft elements that matched their creative vision.
By working directly with the IF-7 team each step of the way, we designed and built the event’s five interactive stations from the ground up. Each themed environment was built out with custom foam structures, unique play elements, and branded signage that added to the confidence-building theme and worked to define each space for easy navigation. At the center of the action, the words "BIG KID" were displayed using giant custom Foam3D™ letters, serving as a bold focal point and eye-catching photo op to drive social media engagement. Our Britten team also completed all illustrative and graphic design services for the event. The full build demonstrated our end-to-end event fabrication expertise, using a wide range of materials and substrates to bring Pull-Ups’ vision to life.
The Passport to Confidence branded event activation reinforced a strong connection between kids, their parents, and the Pull-Ups and Disney brands through a one-of-a-kind experience, turning a launch campaign into a shared celebration of progress. From traversing the lava floor at Big Kid Island to showing off dance moves on the TP runway, every activity was crafted to help kids recognize their confidence with each small win. By pairing the live experience with the launch of the new Pull-Ups app, the event activation created a clear and memorable link between the product and its purpose. The result of the event was a huge social reach, which provided a substantial boost in brand awareness and app downloads. After a long day of play and encouragement, kids and parents left with a new sense of confidence, while reinforcing Pull-Ups' role in their potty training journey.
