After years of waning traffic, lost tenants caused by online retail competition, and expansion of nearby competitors, the declining property known as the Riverside Square Mall (until 2005) was bought by Simon Property Group and primed for a luxury makeover.

Solution

Britten, a longtime visual branding partner of Simon Group, delivered a host of conventional and specialty retail advertising hardware as part of the overhaul. Designed specifically for Simon's Media Experiences division, Britten’s LED backlit displays delivered beautifully illuminated branding.
