Imagine you’re a contractor installing millwork for a major remodel of a fortune 500 companies cooperate headquarters. Everything is in place to get the job done and then just 10 days before the install the unthinkable happens, your fabricator informs you that they won’t be able to get the job done on-time. That’s when Project 22, a physical brand experience agency representing CVS, reached out to Woodworks for short-notice help.
Two slatwalls, one of which is highly custom and is on the outside of a radius staircase - engineered, fabricated and shipped in a week? No problem. The Woodworks team delivered the single-source simplicity necessary to complete everything in record time. “It took a couple of conference calls with Project 22 to get all the details we needed to come up with a game plan” Woodworks’ sales representative, Phil Simpson said of the initial hand off from the customer. “But once we had a good idea of the concept and what the customer was trying to accomplish, we were able to come up with a plan to execute the job and ship it in the short time frame they needed.”
“We were looking to partner with a fabricator for corporate office interiors across the U.S.,” says Project 22 CEO, Adam Laberge, who has since contracted Woodworks to deliver CVS office interiors projects in Connecticut, Arizona, and Chicago. “We needed a company that had excellent communication and showed great attention to detail. Britten has been a great partner in every way! Britten is consistent, focused and because of their dedication, we've been able to finish on-time and on budget for our clients. We love working with their team."
