The director of operations for our woodworks and event fabrication division, Suzanne Britten, 28, has been instrumental in the company's remarkable growth over the past five years. "Her energy is contagious, and she motivates her team through encouragement and collaboration," says her nominator. "She's the first person in the office every day. Suzanne has led the daily direction of our carpenters, machinists, sculptors, and painters to keep up with our company's growth." 

Britten is an event fabrication company based in Traverse City, Michigan that specializes in custom design and fabrication of event marketing solutions. We offer a diverse range of products, including architectural millwork, corporate interiors, event marketing solutions, displays, and signage. 

"Our company could not have grown to where we are without Suzanne's grind, guidance, and encouragement. We have had to work extreme overtime, weekends, and under high pressure to keep up with the company's trajectory, but Suzanne has established a culture of teamwork and collaboration by sometimes jumping in and doing the work herself."

Her nominator added, "Suzanne is motivated by relationships with her coworkers and through the culture that she has established within the organization." Along with the "work hard, play hard" mentality she helps instill, she is a core team member and building block of the company's success.
