An Open Letter to Our Customers

As we begin 2018, it seems like a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished and what we have in store for the new year. I’d first like to thank our customers for supporting Britten and thank our awesome employees for their hard work and dedication. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each and every one of them.

Last year we made bold moves by introducing two new products to our robust in-house capabilities. The investment in Foam3D™ (custom sculptures) and BoxPop® (custom shipping containers) is proving to be a success throughout the experiential marketing industry. We know these products will provide a burst of opportunity and excitement for years to come.

We’ve made investments in cutting edge web to print technology as well as new large-format fabric printers and cutters. With this, I urge all of our customers to work closely with the Britten team to extract as much value from our diverse product line as possible and ensure that we continue to help you grow and adapt in an ever-changing environment.

Staying ahead of the game by keeping up on the latest technology, coming up with fresh and innovative ideas, and always saying yes to our customers, is crucial to Britten’s long-term success.

2017 was a remarkable year and we are very grateful to all of our supportive customers. We look forward to continuing to build on your trust with further growth in 2018.
